About Us

“Make Ideas Come True”

The Fall Church Cable Access Corporation is a 501(c)3 nonprofit member organization. We are the television voice of the community and offer communicators an opportunity to express their ideas to new audiences and upgrade their multimedia storytelling skills through video programs and podcasts. CFCiM offers free training ro members in television studio production, field video production, video editing, podcasting, and documentary storytelling.

We’re part of a public / education / government coalition that operates a broadcast-quality television station dedicated to our community - FCCTV, Falls Church Community Television.
CFCIM airs in a limited viewing area on RCN Channel 2, Cox Channel 11, and Verizon Channel 35. Its programming is also available live and on demand via CFCIM YouTube Channel. Whether you’re sitting in the director’s chair or in your living room chair, please enjoy the show!

Our vision for CFCiM to be a source of television programming that informs and inspires, and for CFCiM Access Producers to produce programming that reflects the rich activist, educational, cultural, intellectual, globally aware, sustainable, and diverse community that is the City of Falls Church and makes our community an attractive destination for people to live and learn, participate in our community,, and businesses to thrive.

Agnes Ginoba
Membership
Agnes has more than 40 years of combined financial and executive management experience across the private and non-profit sectors. She was the former president of H & R Mortgage, Inc (12yrs FC, VA) and has also worked as a consultant for such companies as On Time Investment, American Housing Capital, Director, Retirement/Nursing Centers, Habitat for Humanity, Former Election Office, Former Juro, Fairfax/Arlington County, Mary Washington -Hospice Volunteer, and ATM, Toastmaster International, Burke, VA.

During her time in the mortgage sector, she has also trained a sales force of more than 2,000 Loan Originators/Officers throughout the Washington, DC, Metropolitan Area through adult education classes. An Award-winning Mortgage Instructor for (Fairfax County Public Sch.-Adult Ed.), and Creator- DVD/Handbook (Mortgage Processing Made Easy).

President
​Robert Sherretta worked on Wall Street as an analyst and an international research director for several of the world's largest banking/investment institutions. In Washington, D.C., Robert served as Vice President for Wharton Econometric Forecasting Associates predicting the world’s economies. Previously he served as Treasurer and Board Member, Arlington Community Television, (1999-2005), an Advisory Board Member Of George Mason University, (1995-2002), and President of Ballston/Virginia Square, Va Civic Association (1994, 1995). In 1997, he formed an Independent Investment Research Advisory Firm, and launched the television program, "INTERNATIONAL INVESTOR", which examines Global Economic Development and is guided by the belief that economics drives the welfare, politics and foreign policy of nations, and is thus essential for people to understand.

Treasurer
Richard Rankin’s professional career has involved service with the FAA and various transportation and aerospace companies specializing in treasury and insurance advisory services. He holds degrees in Business Administration and Corporate Finance (MBA). He is a volunteer or member of several additional organizations including the American Revolution Roundtable of Washington, DC, Sons of the American Revolution (George Washington Chapter), Brandywine Conservancy & Museum of Art, and Toastmasters International.

Loftur-Thun
Board Member
Rob Loftur-Thun has over 30 years of financial, technology and executive management experience in both the private and non-profit sectors, including the hotel and commercial real estate industries, as well as higher education, environmental, and health related non-profits. Bob was Adjunct Professor at the Corcoran College of Art + Design, teaching Digital Video Production, and DVD Design and Production. Rob is currently CEO of EcoCatalyst LLC, a green finance advisory company. Rob is a veteran and Society of the Honor Guard Tomb of the Unknown Soldier and AMerican Legion Paris Post 1.

Percy Calderón is a multifaceted professional with a rich tapestry of expertise. As a sociologist, journalist, and anthropologist, he brings a unique perspective to his roles as Executive Producer at Facets TV in Washington and contributor to In Context TV & Global Trend. A prolific writer, filmmaker, and documentarist, Percy's keen insights extend to political analysis, making him a sought-after international speaker and consultant. With a background as a television and radio producer, as well as an editorialist for In Context News' digital edition, he is a versatile commentator across various media platforms, enriching discussions with his wealth of knowledge and experience.
