Falls Church Cable Access Corporation celebrated our studio re-opening on October 19th, 2023. We welcomed special guest speakers, Donna and Mark Byrne from Absurd Productions Pictures. Plus, we had a ribbon cutting!

Donna and Mark told their story from a start in public access to a production company with 13 films (including 10 feature films). For today’s aspiring producers, APP shared their insights and lessons learned in the film industry, on working with regional and national celebrities, as well as conquering the maze of distribution, climbing from DVD sales to Amazon Prime and VOD, and new streaming outlets such as Plex, Cineverse, Reveel, Xumo, Kings of Horror, and FearFlix.
